Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision (revision 4) – Precinct 3.

Background

This is revision 4 to the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 preliminary plat.  This preliminary plat was last revised and approved on February 05, 2019. Since the last re-approval, the Developer has requested some additional changes to the roadway and lot layout within the development.  These changes are as follows.  In Section 15, the roadway and lot layout are being reconfigured with an increase of 38 lots. In Section 16, the roadway and lot layout are being reconfigured with an increase of 25 lots.  In Section 18, street connections are revised resulting in a decrease of 5 lots.  A new Section 22 is being added with 58 lots and 2,852 feet of new public roads.
