Background
This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. Original contract amount was $986,624.94. Change Order #1 increased the contract amount to $997,545.06. With the addition of this change order, of -$6,412.30, final contract amount will be $991,132.76. Funding Source : 0200-0210-003599
