Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratifying the purchase of Antibody Test Kits from Front Line Mobile Health in the amount of $14,250.00 to support the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, and exempting this purchase from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024.(a)(2).
Background
This purchase is for antibody tests performed on SO and Jail employees. The test is $47.50 a person. The goal is to test 300 people.This agenda item is for the ratification of the Purchase Order and exemption of competitive requirements. The PO was charged to the CARES Act fund.
