Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Hamilton Vaultronics to provide the necessary parts and labor for replacement of the pneumatic drive-thru systems at the Jester Annex and Cedar Park Annex Tax Office locations, exempting the purchase of these services, in the not-to-exceed- amount of $26,014.00, from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024(a)(2) and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement is for Hamilton Vaultronics to replace the pneumatic drive-thru systems at the Jester Annex and Cedar Park Annex Tax Office Locations. The systems currently in place are not functioning properly and continued repair cost would exceed the cost for a complete replacement of both systems. The full operation of these systems is necessary to ensure these locations can continue to serve the public while maintaining proper social distancing during COVID-19.
