Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Communication Center Specialist dba Console Cleaning Specialist to provide annual cleaning, maintenance and repair of 9-1-1 consoles and furniture in the total amount of $8,050.00 to support the operations of Williamson County Emergency Communications and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
The agreement is for CSS to provide annual services to our 9-1-1 consoles. This will include intensive preventative maintenance, detailed cleaning, inspection and repair of console furniture. The department did seek multiple quotes for this service. Department point of contact is Thomas Piche. Funding source 01.0100.0581.004500.
