Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. to provide new AV Equipment and replace existing AV Equipment for all the Williamson County Courtrooms and Jury Conference Rooms per the terms of TIPS contract #171001 in the amount of $500,402.42 and authorizing execution of the agreement. Funding Source 418P.

Background

This agreement allows Data Projections to add Tele-Justice capabilities, Hallway Overflow displays, Audio Upgrades to all Courts and Displays and Web-cameras for all Jury Conference Rooms. Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
