Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on FY20 Transformative Justice Grant Resolution.

Williamson County is entering into the 2nd year of the 4-year Transformative Justice Grant provided through the Texas Indigent Defense Commission.  The county received an extension, through May 2020, for the first year of operations and TIDC has requested that we complete and submit an updated resolution to cover the remainder of FY20.  The grant does require a cash match of 40% for the 2nd year, which totals $50,121, for the remaining 4 months of the FY.  However, this was accounted for when creating the FY20 budget and has already been included so there will be no impact on the budget. 

A separate resolution for FY21 is scheduled on the agenda for approval.
