Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the first addendum for the Master Service Agreement approved under agenda item #42 on 3/24/2020 between Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc and Williamson County to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $400,000.00 and authorizing execution of the addendum.

This addendum to the Master Services Agreement is covered under Sourcewell Contract #031517-SCS. The first addendum is to increase the original not-to-exceed amount from $350,000 to $400,000. This expenditure may be charged to various funds/ line items, such as, but not limited to: 100-0509-4509,4510,5300 and other department specific line items and projects, if necessary. Funding was approved in the FY20 budget and as this contract crosses fiscal years, there will be FY21 funding utilized as well.
