Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #2727-8 Planning and Design of Park Bond Projects (Planning of Future Extension of Brushy Creek Trail along Hairy Man Road, Project #E) to the overall most qualified firm RVE, Inc. dba RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture and authorizing execution of the agreement. Funding source P551.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for the planning and design of projects related to the 2019 Park Bond. Forty-four (44) firms participated in the solicitation, of which ten (10) firms submitted a response. An evaluation was held for each of the projects defined in the RFQ. After evaluation of Project E, it was determined that RVi was the most qualified to provide the services required by the County for this project. Total award amount is $625,000.00.
