Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving no-cost Change Order No. 1 to the purchase of Geo-Redundant Simulcast Prime Project, originally approved on 11/26/2019 under agenda item #42, in the amount of $1,893,294.00 and authorizing execution of the change order document.

The Geoprime site is to create the site redundancy in the Williamson County Radio Network in the event of a Prime Tower Site failure and the Cedar Park generator replacement is replacing a Tower generator in accordance with life expectancy. This no-cost change order descopes equipment and services that were included in the project and are no longer needed due to the County selecting an alternate site as the location for the Geo-Redundant prime equipment.
