Discuss, consider, and take any appropriate action regarding the approval of a change to the previously approved early voting polling locations for the 2020 Democratic Party Primary Runoff Election to be held July 14, 2020.

On June 2, 2020, the Court approved the early voting locations and hours for the Democratic Primary Runoff Election to be held on July 14, 2020. On June 23, 2020, the Elections Department was informed The Sun City Texas Community Association Board of Directors made the decision to close the Cowan Creek Amenity Center to voting (during the entire Early Voting period and on Election Day) for the July 14th Democratic Primary Runoff Election due to the rise in COVID-19 cases. Signage will be posted at the Cowan Creek Amenity Center directing voters to the nearest in person polling location, which is the Georgetown Randalls located at 5721 Williams Drive in Georgetown.
