Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP 4760 Williamson County Emergency Communications - Review of the Organizational Culture, to the lowest and best evaluated offer resulting from negotiations to Dan Bay in the amount of $16,500 and authorize the purchase.
Background
Williamson County Emergency Communications seeks to further improve the organizational culture and develop a plan of action to support a positive work environment of strong human relationships that continually enhances the mission of the organization. The awarding of this RFP will facilitate that goal. The RFP and the vendor’s submittal shall serve as the agreement for this purchase. Point of contact is Chris Conneally. Funding Source 001-0100-0581-004100 for FY20.
