Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Clearwater Ranch Phase 4 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Clearwater Ranch development.  It consists of 92 lots and 8,131 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2019-02-15 – initial submittal of the final plat
2019-03-09 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-10-18 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-10-31 – 2nd  review complete with comments
2019-11-20 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2019-11-20 – 3rd review complete with comments
2020-05-29 – 4th submittal of final plat
2020-06-02 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2020-06-24 – final plat received with signatures
2020-06-25 – final plat placed on June 30, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
