Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the Limestone Terrace and Condra Lane portions of the project, as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. The underrun for the concrete pavement item was due to an incorrect quantity in the plans.
