Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Terms & Conditions and Business Associate Agreement between Butterfly Network, Inc., and Williamson County to provide portable ultrasound imaging equipment to support the operations of Williamson County EMS and authorizing execution of the documents.
Background
Will provide Williamson County EMS the ability to provide portable ultrasound imaging equipment and a hosted software service for viewing, using, and storing ultrasound images and imaging studies for various medical diagnostic purposes. Funding is through the use of trauma distribution funds. Documents have been reviewed by Williamson County legal, audit and purchasing.
