Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Ronald Reagan Boulevard Widening contract between Williamson County and CP&Y, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P336. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
CP&Y Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $2,100,000.00 from $900,000.00 (originally funded through 2013 Road Bonds for engineering services and planning to develop Ronald Reagan from FM 3405 to SH 29) to $3,000,000.00. The additional money will allow for the execution of Work Authorization #2 for 100% PS&E design in preparation for construction.
