Discuss and take appropriate action on the Community Development Block Grant 2020 Action Plan.
Background
Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY20 funding allocation of $1,596,257 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income areas throughout the County. This is a request for the approval of the 2020 Annual Action Plan which lists specific projects to be funded in 2020. The priorities listed in the Action Plan were approved by the Court on April 23, 2019 as a part of the program's 5-year Consolidated Plan.
The attached "2020 CDBG Projects" is for your review. Projects listed in this document are included in the FY20 Annual Action Plan.
