This Change Order adds Work Zone Pavement Mark Non-Removable items to the contract. The plans included Work Zone Pavement Mark Non-Removable items that worked with the asphalt pavement section, because the temporary pavement markings applied during the traffic control phases would get covered up by the final overlay. Since our roadway is now concrete pavement, the temporary work zone pavement markings need to be removable so that markings from previous traffic phases are not visible when the final striping layout is applied. This Change Order applies to the Seward Junction Southeast portion of the project.
