Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for additional work to install new 6" and 8" wastewater lines, a new 6" water line, and to remove an existing wastewater vault that has been abandoned. The installation of the new underground utilities is necessary because the existing lines are in conflict with the proposed construction of the intersection of SH 29 and Seward Junction Southwest. The utilities belong to the City of Liberty Hill.
