Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for Chandler Road Milling, Sealing and Overlay from SH 130 to FM 1660. Seven (7) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which four (4) submitted a bid. The bids received were thoroughly evaluated by Road and Bridge and it was determined that Lone Star Paving submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $1,134,010.96.
