Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for CR 366 Milling, Sealing and Overlay from Chandler Road to SH 29. Seven (7) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which four (4) submitted a bid. The bid received were thoroughly evaluated by Road and Bridge and it was determined that Lone Star Paving submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $509,837.11.
