Background
Unforeseen repairs have depleted our parts and sublets funds earlier than anticipated for the current fiscal year. The sublets transfer is to repair 14 units damaged from the May 27, 2020 hail storm. This transfer amount is projected to cover charges for the remainder of this fiscal year.
