Background
The Ronald Reagan Intersections (at Silver Spur Blvd & Sun City Blvd) Improvement project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) Exception prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of WSB to submit the needed WPAP Exception for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
