Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Election Systems and Software, LLC. (ES&S) and Williamson County for Ballot on Demand Services pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #542-17 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department.  Exhibits A and B outline the pricing for equipment and software maintenance and support fees as well as election set up fees.  Equipment maintenance and support fees for the initial 1 year term are $2,635.  The agreement will automatically renew each year after at an increased rate not to exceed more than 5% of the previously paid fee.  Additional election setup fees will apply but will vary depending on the type of election.  The initial expenditure will be charged to 01.0376.0376.004251, additional fees will be charged to different line items dependent upon the type of election.  Department contact is Chris Davis.
