Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement Regarding Tax Increment Financing in relation to the Hutto Reinvestment Zone Number One between the City of Hutto and Williamson County whereby Williamson County's payment date of the County Tax Increment Participation would be amended to May 1st, and the City of Hutto would be required to provide the Williamson County Appraisal District and the Williamson County Tax Assessor Collector the list of Public Improvement District and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone parcels each year by September 1st.

The Hutto Reinvestment Zone Board No. 1 met on August 5th to approve an amendment to the Final Zone Project Plan and Zone Finance Plan and the Tax Increment Financing Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Hutto.  This Amendment changes the payment due date by the County to the City to May 1st.  It also corrects the base year which was originally presented as zero.
