Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County Exposition Center Pavilion Project (P474); Prime Construction Change Order #7 in the amount of $5,410.90. This change order is being funded by from owner's contingency.
Background
This change order is to provide modifications to overhead coiling doors at the Pavilion. The original plans specified 12’ doors but due to pre-engineered metal constraints, additional framing was required for one door. Additional furdown construction is required for door completion. There are no time extensions included. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
