Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting and approving Change Order #1 for the Williamson County River Ranch Interpretive Center Project (P465) with Prime Construction in the amount of $46,394.00. This change order is being funded by owner’s contingency from within the original project budget.
Background
This change order is to relocate power rack and transformer from the front of the Interpretive Center and move it across street for aesthetic reasons. Contractor will also install roof edge stiffener. There are no time extensions included.
