Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving SWA #2 to WA #1 for the Williamson County Expo Pavilion with Alliance Engineering Group, Inc. This authorization will extend the contract through December 30th, 2020 and provide an increase from $29,903.00 to $32,990.00.
Background
This supplemental work authorization is to extend the length of the contract to December 30th, 2020 and increase funds for testing on asphalt paving that was not included in the original scope or cost of the project. On September 17, 2019, the Commissioners Court approved Work Authorization #1 with Alliance Engineering Group, Inc to expire on September 17, 2020. The original scope of work did not include asphalt testing and this increase in funds and time extension is requested to provide asphalt testing.
