Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Flex Base Materials Contract #1806-242, renewal period 2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract that was awarded to Industrial Asphalt, LLC as the primary vendor, and Vulcan Constructions Materials as the secondary vendor for the term of September 12, 2020 - September 11, 2021 and authorizing execution of the renewal agreements.
Background
This contract renewal is for the Road and Bridge (R&B) Department. The department point of contact is Jeff Ivey. A Vendor Performance Report was submitted stating all county requirements had been met and contract renewal was requested. This expenditure was approved in FY2020 budget and in the FY2021 budget. The funding source: Base & Stabilizer 01.0200.0210.003551.
