Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Amstar, Inc. to provide paint interior and replace carpet and base cove at the Williamson County Georgetown Health Clinic in the amount of $95,946.68 per the terms of Sourcewell Contract #TX-CT-GC-121819-AMS and authorizing execution of the agreement.

This agreement includes moving furniture, preparation for painting, interior patching and painting of walls, demo and removal of existing cove base (trim), demo and removal of existing carpet, install of new rubber cove base (trim), install of new carpet tiles, removal of corner guards, removal of shelves and items on the wall as well as re-installation at the Williamson County Health Clinic.
