Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of election supplies from Election Systems & Software in the amount of $72,367.50, pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #542-17.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. The quote attached outlines the additional elections supplies needed to accommodate the election during the COVID-19 pandemic. The supplies include more express vote printers, longer cords for social distancing, and more face shields and accessories for safety. BuyBoard has verified that items from both quotes are covered under contract #542-17. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0999.0401.009007. Department contact is Chris Davis.
