Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. to provide and integrate new AV equipment into all the Williamson County Justice of Peace Courtrooms in the amount of $242,121.44 per the terms of TIPS Contract #171001 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will provide and integrate new AV equipment such as wall mounted monitors, cameras, speakers, touch screen controls for the Judges' benches, etc. with the existing AV equipment at the Williamson County Justice of the Peace courtrooms in Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding Source is Cares Funding 418P.
