Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting Infax, Inc. from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemptions as set forth under Texas Local Government Code §§ 262.024.(7)(A), for system and maintenance support of the Electronic Docket System covering term of October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021, in the amount of $12,000 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This is for system and maintenance support of the Electronic Docket System installed at Williamson County's court locations. Due to this being a proprietary system, this service is exempted from the 3-quote requirement. Infax Court Docketing Maintenance is for the digital monitor displays outside the courtrooms.  Department contact: Deanna Saucedo.
