Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eiben Point subdivision – Precinct 4.

This subdivision consists of 14 lots and 850 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $168,655.49 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2020-06-25 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-07-10 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2020-07-10 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2020-07-21 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2020-07-23 – 4th submittal of final plat
2020-07-29 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2020-08-12 – receipt of final plat with all signatures
2020-08-13 – receipt of financial security for remaining construction
2020-08-27 – final plat placed on the September 1, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
