Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Commercial Property Lease Extension Agreement between Williamson County and Operation Liberty Hill, Inc. relating to the commercial property designated as 1401 HWY 183, Leander, Texas 78641 (Baker Estates, Lot B1 pt. and being 1.405 acres more or less) whereby the Commercial Lease between the parties will be extended for an additional term from November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2025, as provided and authorized in the said lease.
