Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Herbicides Contract #1911, renewal option period 1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. for the term September 24, 2020 – September 23, 2021, and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
This is an extension for the Herbicides contract. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report requesting renewal. The department point of contact is James Williams. The funding source is in budget under Chemicals, Roadside Spraying, 01.0200.0210.003554
