Discuss, consider and take action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C., and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office for the purposes of participating in the 59th Presidential Inauguration Task Force.

Background

Attached is the Invitation letter and Memorandum of Understanding.  The expenses associated with providing staff for the Presidential Inauguration Task Force are fully reimbursable.  Sheriff Chody is working with the Auditors Office to track expenses and legal reviewed the attached Memorandum of Understanding.
