Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on TWDB FIF Williamson County Atlas 14 Floodplain Mapping Grant Application and Resolutions.
Background
This grant would provide funding for a comprehensive, countywide Atlas 14 Floodplain modeling and mapping study of all of Williamson County. This study will enable the County to be prepared to mitigate existing flooding problems, to properly plan for new development, and to provide prudent floodplain management.
