Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for Shell Road and Shell Spur Milling & Overlay. Four (4) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which three (3) submitted a bid. The bids received were thoroughly evaluated by Road and Bridge and it was determined that Lone Star Paving submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $658,604.47. Department point of contact is Terron Evertson. Funding source 01.0200.0210.003599.
