Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Project (P434); Vaughn Construction Change Order #20 in the amount of <$6,000.00.> This deductive change order will be credited to owner’s contingency from within the original project budget and results in an overall credit to the project.
Background
This deductive change order is a credit for alternate carpet flooring. There are no time extensions included. On January 7, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders up to $30,000 in relation to Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Project, pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
