Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for the Tele-Justice System Installation at the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center Courtrooms, in the amount of $147,018.68, per the terms of TIPS Contract #171001 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will provide and integrate new AV equipment into the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center Courtroom, IDF AV Rack Room and Hallway, adding Tele-Justice capabilities. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding Source is Cares Funding 418P.
