This agreement will authorize a cooperative procurement program between Williamson County and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Fl. This agreement will allow the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority to procure items that have already been competitively bid by the County where the supplier has agreed to provide such goods/services and pricing to entities in which the County has a cooperative agreement in place. Greater Orlando Aviation Authority has a specific interest in utilizing the piggy-back clause in our contract with Negometrix, Inc. to procure their own electronic bidding/contract management system. Williamson County is not guaranteeing compliance with Florida procurement laws by forming this agreement and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Florida law.
