Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on revising an agreement previously approved on November 3, 2020, under Agenda Item #24, between TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. (TRADS) and Williamson County for a customized search and locate tool for law enforcement agents in the amount of $100.00 per month and authorizing the execution of the revised agreement.

*This agreement is the same as the one already approved at the November 3rd meeting, however the vendor has required the revised dates.  This service is for the Williamson County Attorney's Office for the latest, most accurate data to ensure that proper identification is made while using multi-jurisdictional search tools designed for law enforcement.  The cost for this is $100.00 per month for 150 transactions per month for 12 months without auto-renewal.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.100.0475.004210.  Funding was approved in the FY21 budget.  Department point of contact is Deputy Chief Investigator John McKinney.
