Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Charter Communications Operating, LLC/Spectrum to provide the move of service from EMS Medic Station #14, 1991 Rawhide to 221 Sundance Parkway, exempting the item from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Govt. Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(7)(C) and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
