Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Williamson County and Technology for Education LLC d/b/a TFE Connect to add TEAMS functionality to the Williamson County Georgetown Historic Courthouse in the amount of $11,712.00 pursuant to the terms of TIPS Contract #200105 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement will provide the installation of a conference bridge system with video and audio to remote attendees at the Williamson County Georgetown Historic Courthouse. Department point of contact is Richard Semple. Funding source is 418P.
