Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Vending Services Contract 1709-189, renewal option period 3, for the same pricing, terms and conditions, for the term of December 5, 2020 – December 4, 2021, with Mcliff Coffee and Vending.

Background

This is a commission-based revenue contract and is no cost to the County.  The funds are deposited into County Judge, Employee Fund 01.0409-0000-370500 as miscellaneous revenue.  The department point of contact is Shantil Moore.
