Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Bartlett and Coupland Streets contract between Williamson County and CONSOR Engineers, LLC relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P369. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
CONSOR contract amendment #1 increases the compensation cap by $150,000.00 from $150,000.00 to $300,000.00. The additional money will allow for the execution of a Work Authorization for Bartlett Street [P369]. The original PSA amount was not large enough for the original intended scope of both projects.
