Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a purchase letter from Opex Corporation to buy back a used piece of equipment in the amount of $3,000 and authorizing execution of the letter.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Tax Office. Opex Corporation is interested in purchasing a used piece of equipment from the county in the amount of $3,000. Opex is responsible for costs associated with removing the equipment. Upon receipt of a signed letter and removal of the equipment, Opex will issue payment. Letter is attached with further details.
