Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Brycomm, LLC to provide rack installation and fiber termination at Williamson County Annex in the amount of $6,536.69 per the terms of DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-3698 and authorizing execution of the agreement. Funding Source: 418P.
Background
This agreement will provide rack installation and fiber termination to Williamson County Annex in proposed on the 1st and 2nd IDF floors according to specifications in the attached proposal.
Scope of Work:
1. Install one wall mounted LIU and two post rack on first floor IDF.
2. Install rack and ladder tray with horizontal and vertical wire managers in first floor IDF.
3. Install rack and ladder tray with horizontal and vertical wire managers in second floor IDF.
4. Run a 12F from floor one up to floor two.
5. Terminate 12F and place 1U fiber box on first and second floor at each LIU. Provide LC patch cord.
6. Provide necessary grounding for racks.
