Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract 1707-172, Renewal Option period 1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for Tennis Pro Manager at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park for the term of October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021, with Rippner Tennis.

Rippner Tennis was selected in October 2017 through an RFP process to become the concessionaire/operator of the WilCo Tennis Center at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.  The original agreement was for three years with two additional one year extension options. This agreement extension opts to fulfill the first of two, 1-year extensions, and will expire on September 30, 2021. There is no funding associated with this agreement extension. This agreement is a revenue contract.  The agreement requires Rippner Tennis to collect associate fees from users and remit to the County a percent of those revenues on a monthly basis.
